Here are some of the four main points that Malaysia to take and learn from if they were to get back to where the country once was in terms of global badminton supremacy:

01

Having an updated structure

An old and conventional way of developing may be a good way of transferring talent, but to cultivate the true potential, begins from a very young age - like Justin Hoh.

03

Allowing for equal opportunities

Like the first one, all players should be allowed to have the same opportunities to prove that they are capable of staying at BAM, in terms of competing in tournaments.

02

Having less media pressure

The media play an important role within the publicity of a sport - therefore, witchhunting being media's priority doesn't help the players.

04

Transparency

Transparency for organisations is a great way of allowing fans to get closer to the action - it also encourages investment, and encourages the independent players to be involved more.
